Rohan Singh has spent almost two decades managing complex, high-stakes projects for some of the most demanding organizations in the world including Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems, where he was recognized as an Outstanding Partner.
With a background in engineering and a Master's in Project Management from The George Washington University, Rohan holds P.Eng, PMP, and PMI-ACP designations. That combination of technical fluency and formal PM training means he understands how things actually get done, not just how they get managed on paper.
He founded SPI because he kept seeing the same problem: growing companies with capable teams being held back by the absence of a good system. His approach is direct, practical, and built around your reality, not a textbook framework.
